will i be able to keep the same physician?
Patients that are admitted to home health skilled services will be able to keep their same physicians. Patients that also have skilled services will be followed by the physicians whom wrote the orders to have services provided. Your treating clinicians will stay in connection with your physicians throughout your skilled service episodes.
